There is no new snow to report. Winds are 10-20 mph out of the southwest to west, gusting to 40 mph. Temperatures rose slightly overnight and are in the 20s and 30s F this morning. Temperatures will continue to rise into the 30s and maybe even hit 40 F. Skies will be mostly sunny with south and southwest winds at 10-20 mph. A light dusting of snow is possible tonight.

In the last 24 hours the mountains around Big Sky to West Yellowstone and Cooke City received 1-2” of snow. Skies are clearing, wind is blowing W-SW at 10-20 mph and gusting to 35 mph, and temperatures are in the teens (F). Today will warm into the mid-20’s with ridgetop wind blowing 10-20 mph from the W-SW. No new snow is expected in the coming days, just sunny skies.

At 5 a.m. it is currently snowing around West Yellowstone (4” of new) and Taylor Fork (1”). Wind is blowing east across our forecast area which is an unusual direction. Wind speed is 5-15 mph with the Bridger Range getting gusts of 25 mph. Today the mountains around West Yellowstone will get 3” with 1-2” falling everywhere else. Temperatures will remain in the high teens F. Wind will shift to the southwest in the southern ranges today and remain easterly elsewhere at speeds of 10-15 mph.

This morning, temperatures are in the upper teens to low 20s F with 10 to 20 mph wind from the west to southwest. The mountains around Cooke City, West Yellowstone, and Big Sky received 3-4” of new snow, with 1-2” near Bozeman. Today, high temperatures will be around 30 degrees F with light winds blowing 5-10 mph from the west to southwest. We may see another inch of snow this morning. The mountains around West Yellowstone will get another 2-4” of snow tonight.

The mountains near Cooke City, West Yellowstone and the southern Madison Range have 4-5” of new snow, and elsewhere there is no new snow. This morning temperatures are teens to mid-20s F and wind is southwest-west at 15-25 mph with gusts of 35-50 mph. Today temperatures will reach high 20s to low 30s F with southwest wind at 15-35 mph. Snow is expected this afternoon and tonight. By tomorrow morning there is a chance for 3-5” of new snow near Bozeman, Big Sky and Cooke City with 6-10” possible near West Yellowstone.

This morning there is no new snow, temperatures are teens to mid-20s F and wind is south-southwest at 5-15 mph with gusts to 25 mph. At the top of Big Sky and in Hyalite southwest wind is 25 mph with gusts to 55 mph. Today will start mostly clear with clouds increasing in the southern areas this afternoon. Temperatures will reach high 20s to low 30s F with southwest wind at 15-25 mph. This evening and tomorrow there is a chance for snow near West Yellowstone and Cooke City with 1-2” possible by morning.

There is no new snow. Winds are 10-15 mph out of the southwest and west with gusts of 15-30 mph. Temperatures are in the teens and 20s F. High temperatures will be in the 20s and low 30s F. Light to moderate southwest and west winds will continue. Skies will be generally sunny, except around West Yellowstone where it will be mostly cloudy. No new snow is expected.

This morning, there are 6” of new snow in the Bridger Range and 2-4” across the rest of the advisory area. Winds are 10-15 mph out of the southwest and west with gusts of 15-30 mph. Temperatures are in the 20s F. High temperatures will be in the high 20s and low 30s F. Light to moderate west winds will continue. Snow showers today will not amount to significant accumulations.

This morning temperatures are in the teens F with SW-W wind blowing 10-20 mph. Yesterday, an inch of snow fell in West Yellowstone. Today will be mostly cloudy with SW wind blowing 20 mph. This afternoon snowfall is expected to start in the southern ranges and by morning the mountains around West Yellowstone and Cooke City will have 2” and a trace to 1” falling everywhere else.

This morning, temperatures are in the single digits to low teens F with 10-20 mph winds from the west to southwest. Cooke City received 2” of new snow with 1” in West Yellowstone. Today, temperatures will be in the upper teens to low 20s F with 10-15 mph winds from the southwest and West Yellowstone may get an inch of snow by tomorrow morning.
